SSSAM Academy provides training in Digital Marketing with AI across two distinct delivery formats:

• Live Online Training: Interactive mentor-led video classes accessible to enrolled learners across India, accompanied by recording access and remote doubt clearing.
• Classroom Training: In-person instruction conducted at our physical training academy located at M24 Ground Floor, Old DLF, Sector 14, Gurugram, Haryana - 122001, India.

2. Free Demo Classes

SSSAM Academy offers free trial masterclasses to prospective students. Registration for a demo session is entirely free of charge and carries zero financial or contractual obligation to enroll in the full course.

3. Truth in Advertising & Career Disclaimer

SSSAM Academy is dedicated to practical, skill-based digital marketing education. In accordance with honest educational standards:

• We do not promise or guarantee 100% job placements or specific starting salary figures.
• We do not guarantee #1 search engine rankings or specific return on ad spend (ROAS) on third-party advertising platforms.
• Career advancement, freelance earnings, and business outcomes depend on individual student commitment, portfolio quality, and employer/client hiring criteria.

4. Course Materials & Intellectual Property

All training modules, curriculum slides, custom prompt templates, capstone project briefs, and recorded session videos provided by SSSAM Academy are proprietary educational materials protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Students are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for their own educational and portfolio purposes. Commercial redistribution, unauthorized resale, or public broadcasting of course assets is strictly prohibited.

5. Code of Conduct & Classroom Decorum

Learners must maintain professional decorum across both virtual video classrooms and physical Gurugram computer labs. Harassment, disruption of live classes, misuse of shared lab hardware, or unauthorized recording of cohort peers will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of enrollment without refund.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of enrollment or website usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
